Address does not include drive?

Hi, Just discovered this potentially terrific complement to Explorer but somewhat daunted by its relative complexity. So I'll probably be asking some questions with embarrassingly obvious answers.

The first: why doesn't the folder address contain the full path please, including the all important C:\ ? Is there a setting I've not yet found? I frequently need to copy/paste full file paths.

Hi and welcome to the club!

The Address Bar path reflects your position in the folder tree. This "Docs" folder is a special folder that is virtually located directly under "My Computer". You will find the same folder also in its "real" location beginning with C:\.

BTW, here in Win8.1 also Explorer shows the virtual location in the Address Bar (until you click into it, then it turns to the real location).

Thanks Don, understood. I'll therefore always start navigation to my target folder from Local Disk (C:).

So there's no optional setting as shown here in Explorer?

No. Nobody ever asked for it. :)

If you don't like those special paths you can hide them from the tree: Configuration | Tree and List | Items in Tree and List | Show Documents folder ... etc

Thanks, that's much more familiar!

Should I re-post my request for independent text formatting in Wishes, or can you take it here please?

You can customize colors in Configuration.

I frequently need to copy/paste full file paths.
You can so this by right-clicking and selecting To clipboard -> Item/Path Name. In a fresh install this is bound to Ctrl + P
