OT: Pay with Credit Card via PayPal

PayPal offers the option to process credit card payments *without* having a PayPal account. This definitely works from Germany and from the US. For example, when I click the Buy Now button on this page (http://www.xyplorer.com/purchase.php) I'm linked to this interface offering direct account-less credit card payment (red border mine):

Now I learned that this does not seem to work from all countries (not even sure if "country" is the factor here), e.g. from Belgium. Weird! Could you try the button and tell me if you see that link for direct account-less credit card payment? Thanks!

When I clicked Buy Now, all my PayPal account information address including bank account came up on the next screen (I use PayPal and have a debit account established). I must have used it since I've wiped out the cookies (CCleaner). I did receive a similar option though. It looked like this. I didn't realize you could now use it without establishing an account.

That's because I have a "Business Account" at PayPal. It's one of the "Business Account" features. Therefore I was a bit surprised that it does not seem to work everywhere. Argh...

Thanks. Interesting, they seem to choose slightly different wordings in each country.
