Possible to drag shortcut from Address bar?

New user. Or should I say a new fan. Pleasantly overwhelmed with options and settings... this program has many features I have wished to have for years and never knew where to find.
On Win7 one of the MS Explorer features I use often is to drag a link (technically, the folder icon) from the address bar of an Explorer window to make a shortcut to that location. I was surprised to not be able to do that by default... is there an option to make this possible?
