Freeze/Crash - Drag&Drop from XY to taskbar

Issue:
- error occured (see image) after trying drag and drop file from xy to (switch application) taskbar
- "retry" reproduce same error
- "switch to..." results in explorer.exe crash
Environment:
- v15.40.0107
- v15.50.0000
- Windows 10 x64
