Screen layout graphic?

Screen layout graphic?

Is there a graphic anywhere that shows the various screen layouts with labels for the different components (navigation panel, breadcrumb bar, etc.)?

Even better would be for XY to display the name when I hover the cursor over it. That would be more dynamic and clearer.

Menu - Window - Toggle them off and on and you see how all of them look like?
