XarchitectY - Easy Layout Access

This is the last piece in my attempt to quickly access common commands, configs and features*. It's aimed to control some basic layouts, GUI elements' presence and appearance plus window estates. All from a single menu, all keyboard-centered.
When needed, it enables all related elements for a feature to work. For instance, if option "F- stack: Tree + Catalog" is chosen, either tree or catalog, if disabled, will be turned on prior to actual stacking.
