:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Certain Network Directories not appearing

Post by WordBaron »

I noticed recently that certain network directories are not showing for me in XYPlorer. These particular network directories all have custom icons that associated with them that appear in Windows Explorer. I'm running Windows 8.1 and believe it to be related to the custom icons associated with those folders as only those folders aren't appearing in XYPlorer. I think our network admins performed this function to do this:

Other things I've tried:
I've tried it with the drive letter mapped and with the NTFS full path. Neither work.
I made sure there are no visual filters or power filters selected.
I changed the settings in XYPlorer to use generic icons for network locations.

Anyone else having this problem? Any help would be appreciated.
