Subtle humor foiund here

Have been here long enough to realize there is often subtle humor to be found.
But regarding the newest version am unable to determine if "Custom Toolbar Buttons. Now PNG, JPG, GIF, BMP, and TIF images" and the instructions on how to make a "Betty Button" is supposed to be a TOY, a TOOL or a JOKE?

"Betty Button" -- not sure about the semantic cloud this creates in the brains of English natives, but I did not have any humoristic intentions here. I just fount it catchy, and still do.
