Find File Does Not Use Current Folder

I thought I used to click on a folder and it would choose that folder for my Find File location.
I don't get that any more. The location in the Find File section stays with my original folder.
I would like to go back to the Find File location changing with I click on a different folder.
Is there a Configuration setting I might have changed?
