Simple one: Toolbar icon for Alt+F12 (Last size/Minimize)

I'm mainly a touchpad user, so having toolbar icons for doing frequent functions comes in handy...but I'm realizing that there isn't one for Alt+F12!
Using Shift+F12 (via that icon) covers up all but two lines, which is fine in many cases, but for some things, I'd like to have a couple more...thus setting divider and then using Alt+F12 is needed, but without toolbar icon, it's a bit inconvenient, and thus an area for improvement.
I'd suggest as an icon:
A compromise/combination between the F12 one and Shift+F12 one...
After slightly reducing the vertical height of gray area on F12 icon (maybe just one pixel?)...and increasing the same on Shift+F12, as the amount of white space (list area) on that one seems a lot more than truely visible...this would allow for an icon with about half white/half gray (top/bottom) that would be enough different from other two.
