Here's my current infotip visibility:

Noticed I get weird tips, but on the root %userprofile% folder only.

Attached a comparison for file&folder tips.

Some infotips are now completely invisible there, such as Attributes, Path... .
Particularly, no Date Created for files and no Date Modified for dirs.

Yes, for direct childs of %user% only the default tips can be shown.
