SendTo context menu always opens extended ?

Is there a way to avoid having the extended SendTo menu (the one you should have only if you press the Shift Key under Windows 7) ?
I'd like to have only to normal (short) version of it.
I never use windows created folders in my profiles so I don't need to see them in this menu. And it's not a good idea to remove them (I've tried).
Is it possible ?
PS : I found that it is possible but I had to uncheck "Show the 64-bit context menu".
