XYplorer Beta Club

I'm looking to go paperless soon with a snapscan. The mainstream solution to file management with this is Evernote which I think it totally nuts since it requires unencrypted cloud storage. I'm looking for a more local solution across a few computers. Tagging is a must, but so is some folder structure. Ease of use is key for family participation. There are some great options for Mac, but PC options seem limited. Tagspaces is well on its way, but still too limited for me. Is anyone using XYplorer with heavy usage of tags for management of all their scanned documents or any opinions on how well it would work for this purpose?
