Navigation Buttons of Breadcrumb vs toolbar

Hello
What is the difference between Show Navigation Buttons of Breadcrumb bar and Back, Forward, Up buttons of the Toolbar, Because there is no button Down?

Same. I just never added the Down button to the toolbar.
