Sort for catalog + Add to catalog from tree

Two possible things that would make catalog use better and easier:

1) Ability to sort entries within a category and also to sort categories...I've added a few entries and now have to do extensive up/down type to get them in order to better locate them when I use it.

2) Ability via right-click context menu on tree to add selected entry to catalog...ok, so it can be done from the cat (the other direction), but it would be more convenient to do it directly from tree...one issue I can see is which category to add it to...so not sure if that would be something making it impossible to do...or just much more effort..

Both items are things that I can work around but they are options for future expansion of catalog's usefulness.

Already there! Either simply by drag&drop for mouse users, or for you using the Up/Down keys while holding Ctrl ;)

As you said, already doable but from Catalog. Since the context menu there is already filled not sure Don would like the idea to add a new item, but why not.
Regarding Categories, simply make a submenu called "Add to Catalog" filled with the existing categories as items. Could maybe even have a "To A New Category..." item which would create the Cat "on the fly".
And, when Drop Stacks will be there, such a thing to add item to an existing DS or a new one would be nice too. Maybe they should all go in a new menu, or be added or be added into the "Mark" menu, a separator and then "Add To Catalog", and also later "Add To Drop Stack" :?:

Already not there! I'm asking for a programatic sort, not manual, most likely on cat context menu, as we have a Sort button within List Mgmt...Even though I know my alphabet very well (I hope! ), I prefer to not have to think about it that much...

As I said, with a very few entries, it's ok...but when you have more than a handful, then having my PC sort it is preferred...just a suggestion, anyway!

Oh ok.. sorry
Well a "Sort Items" in a Category's ctxt menu could be done I guess, and maybe a "Sort Categories" also, even though it might look weird, but where else could it be anyways?

Or it would require a "Catalog Management", like LM but with the idea of Categories which contains items, and both a caption and a destination for items (and maybe colors, also). But that can only do planned for later I'd think...
