Global Folder View Reset

I am looking for a simple method to reset the Folder View properties of all folders and subfolders. Ideally this would be the entire computer starting with the root of the c:\drive. If there is some default view similar to the Windows default "General" template, this would be fine.
The big idea is to blow-away any and all messed up custom view settings and start fresh from a known good reference.
Seems simple enough. (Windows Explorer and xplorer2 pro can do this.)
However, when even experimentally setting a custom view for a sub-folder, XYplorer seems like it has no "over-ride" mechanism? Yes, one can "Enable Folder View Settings" NOT, but that voids a big reason for buying the product in the first place. Re-Enabling it only restores the previous view vs a reset.
Yes, I can successfully set the view of any folder and these settings will be saved.
Certainly, user's cannot be expected to maintain a log of what folders have been customized?
Perhaps this is a really obvious function I have missed.
I thought things were working fairly well until the new "Paper Folders" was introduced.
Is the master default view configuration editable?
Can one create an *.ini or other file to set these parameters?
Donald Lessau suggested...
"Delete fvs.dat in app data folder?"
That can't be right?
As no one has unlimited time and energy to debug "productivity software",
I have reverted back to Explorer now using some wonderful enhancements
that I have learned investigating these XPplorer issues.
If I had known about these fairly simple techniques, I do not think I would
have spent the time and money on XYplorer.
Anyways, I would be quite interested if other folks have had similar probs.
