Tabs

I seem to have got two tabs open which both think they are the last tab and as such I cannot close either of them. I normally only work with one tab, and have set the maximum to one in the configuration, but some reason I seem to have got a second tab that I can't get rid of.
Any ideas?

Screenshot?
What happens when you right click on a tab and choose "Close Tab" (last entry in the context menu)?

Thanks for the reply highend but I have sorted it by an update to the latest version.
When I right clicked on either of the tabs the 'close tab Ctrl+W Ctrl+F4' was greyed out.
Obviously you cannot close the last remaining tab and for some reason both of the tabs I had showing thought they were the last tab and as such would not allow closure.
All I need to do now is work out how to turn off the green line that has appeared in the tree column linking the folders.

Disable Tools --> Customize Tree --> Tree Path Tracing

Thanks guys.
Tree Path Tracing was indeed the culprit.
