Goal: Resize selected pics with the command line tool NConvert

Problem:
The resized pics should end up in the other pane. I am aware of <path1> and <path2> and <curpath>. But how do I get the path of the inactive pane?

echo get(path, i);

This is something I would have never arrived at. Guess it takes much more reading and hands-on experience to get to this point.
