drag files into shortcuts

It would be nice if i could drag and drop files onto the folder shortcut (.lnk). Being a XY fan it hurts when WE can do something XY cannot. Just an ego problem.
And the ability to drag a file onto an executable (or an exe's link) and have it open it...
