SC InputFile & InputFolder

Currently, when you invoke InputFile, a dialog pops up that allows you to browse and select a file. In addition, you can even select the address bar and type in the address directly if that's what you prefer. InputFolder on the other hand does not have that function. Either you can type in the address directly using Input() or you will have to use InputFolder and that only allows you to browse. Is there any possible way of getting that InputFile window together with the InputFolder? I saw many applications before that does have something like that so it's probably a function native to windows isn't it?
