Preferences window covers the taskbar

The height of the Preferences window as per v14.20 is 770 pixels whereas my laptop is (
a decent) 1280x800 .
So the preferences window doesn't fit between the upper boundary and the taskbar and is
slightly invisible from the screen. This is not a
major problem now but if the window gets 10 pixles higher in the future, it will get hard to manage.

Wow, awesome, welcome another AHK guru.
FYI, AHK can communicate with XYplorer via this AHK messenger script:

ClipJump? That rings a bell - welcome and kudos from my side too, Avi. You have celebrity status in certain digital circles.

I never thought I would use a clipboard utility but got hooked to ClipJump a month back. Its a clipboard management utility when you need it, and when you don't need it, it behaves as if it doesn't exist.

I've tried so many and I've always got fed up and uninstalled them, but ClipJump I've stayed with since AVI originally wrote it in mid 2012.

Edit: Sorry it was March 2013.

@klownboy
Hi

!! Nice to see you here...
Nice. Where can I find list of different types of commands I can send to XYPlorer using your script.

You have put it early. I released the first Clipjump on 16/3/13 if I remember it right.

AHK_mesenger can send everything that can be trigger via address bar (equivalent to type something in addressbar then press enter), these include:
- ALL XYplorer scripting (see help file > Advanced topic > Scripting command reference)
- Alias
- any path location
- Quick name search
- Visual Filter

AVI nice to see you here as well. Yes, I took my forum joined date instead of the thread first post date...oops.

It was March 2013. As binocular222 said, AHK as well as your ClipJump work quite nicely together with XYplorer. If I can't assign a key stroke(s) to do what I want via XY's Customize Keyboard Shortcuts, I do it through AHK.

Does that include mouse clicks in combination with modifier keys? Alt right-click etc?

Yes, anything mouse OR keyboard (combination-or-not)
i.e: a single key "A" or a single "RMouse" can be a trigger

Great. Mouse behavior is exactly what I've been missing in XY customization.
I still have to learn the ropes about programming ahk myself - been using mainly ready-made stuff. Can you point me to good resources that get me started? Those ahk messenger triggers - very intriguing.
