Show Folder Thumbnails edit

i'd wish to know how the thumb for a folder is picked and if its possible to choose one/edit current?

Put a file called "folder.jpg" in the folder. This will be used as thumbnail.

Or, if you don't want to rename a picture to "folder.jpg", typically Windows will use the first jpg file in the list alphabetically. So a picture that begins with "_" will display in lieu of a picture that starts with "a". It seems sometimes this trick gets stuck and hard to change via refreshing so using "folder.jpg" is the best work-a-round.
