I can't initiate "Ignore ArticlesWhen Sorting"

I wanted to set my configuration so that when sorting XYplorer would ignore articles. I followed the instructions, but I don't seem to have the box to click in my list. I have XYplorer up to date and have a pro license. What gives? Thanks.
