Same Tabset in Both Panes

I navigate among the very same folders. Instead of simply loading the same tabset on the other side, too, I have to trick XY into side - mirroring, by saving under different names, or doing a bunch of "Go here in other Pane", carrying along (mentally and saving-wise) 2 different tabsets that I want to be one and the same.
And the user will be better off, not worse. To protect himself from overwriting the same set accidentally, he keeps doing what he does now: different set in each pane.
No biggie, just wondering why and how this restriction came into existence?
Why? The system can only save one at a time, anyway, no matter what save option, the active pane overwrites the inactive (if they point to the same set).Help File wrote: You are not allowed to load the same tabset into both panes, … because this would lead to sure trouble.
