Err=70;Desc=Permission denied;Proc=getFileType if file open

So I tried to raw view a .LOG file that shows as 'hidden'...and...which apparently is in use by Windows...but I wasn't expecting quite such a 'hard core' way of telling me so...
I got the following in a pop-up:

Code: Select all

Error 	70 (00000046)
Desc	Permission denied
Dll	0
Proc	getFileType

Source	XYplorer
Version	5.40.0016
OS	Win2K (Service Pack 4)
Date	11/16/2006 9:37:22 PM
Could this be trapped and presented in a more user friendly manner, as in Win Expl, which I've config'd to open LOG with Notepad, so it tries to... NotePad says "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process", which is at least a bit more in "English" :wink:

Okay, I went for this "Sharing violation. Cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."
Good?

8) Sounds a lot more user friendly than that internal error blob!
