Auto-refresh Tag List to folder/subfolder only

First of all I LOVE XYplorer. This is what should with Windows as the default, built-in utility. I only wish I had found it 20 years ago
Is there a way to auto-refresh and show only the tags found in the search location? The release notes says it uses the database AND defaults to the entire "computer" from Root, I believe a dynamic would be more useful in many situations. The database can have a large number of tags. Yes, I would take a little more processor time, but very worth it (faster for user and less clutter of UI, due to only relevant tags in list). I don't know if this would be a problem for portable configs. Is this possible using search switches or script(very simple) or planned in another release?
Scrolling a list of over 20 terms is inefficient. A partial solution could be space-saving with a new UI window showing the available tags in a simple space(or other) delimited word-wrapped box. This could be a popup after clicking a Category heading or toolbar button. To me, weighting of tags is useful ONLY if it can be changed (default: # of times assigned, but change to recent or favorites). Otherwise, the current reorder by drag-n-drop is preferred. Anything like this planned.
The Click and Search defaults to both file names and tags (of same word). This is fine, but is there a way to create the search terms for only tags of the word during "Insert New Category | Tags", ex. auto prefix tags: to the search item? Sometimes the more specific filter is better.
