Hi

is there a way to record a script or macro ?

and run it?

for example copy files from c:\soft to d:\ram and perform other actions?

Anyway, xy scripting is damn easy to write

Never underestimate how overwhelming writing a working bit of code can be to a person with no background in programming!

I agree that this would be a very cool feature...

Don "sort of" does this when he puts the "Copy command ID" button on the Customize Keyboard dialog....

XY Macro Recording aka Scripting for the Newbies
Although now I may have a way to put the "meta-script could lead the user to either perform common actions" part en route to come true. Stay tuned.
