I can’t seem to find anything related to FTP in XYplorer... could it be that it doesn't exist?

XY doesn't support FTP. It's not on developer's to-do list either

Thanks!

I'll just use Core FTP. Not a problem.

GREAT attitude! Thanks!

As you can see from Core FTP update logs, (I use it also), it's a VERY complicated topic of its own so best to have those experts work on that and Don work on XY aspects.

Netdrive could be a solution: http://www.netdrive.net/

Found today SFTP Net Drive - https://www.eldos.com/sftp-net-drive/index.php#product. There is a free version and it works only with SFTP and with only one profile. It works nice for me as I don't need multiple profiles and got SFTP.

I had the same request from XY years ago, and have given up on it...

I have found this to be a great solution which is very flexible and supports a lot of other server types as well:
http://www.expandrive.com/expandrive

Another good option is XFTP from NetSarang which is free for personal use and integrates well with XShell if you do a lot of work in SSH as I do...
