Help file doesn't open in Configuration pane

I just installed this in Win7--looks like a great program. However, when I set preferences in the Configuration pane, if I click the Help button at the lower left, nothing happens.

Anybody else got this issue?

Works here on Win7 - but I am portable, no install.
Maybe he got his focus on another dialog (like Jump To Setting or anything from File Operations)

I don't think it was the focus, but I rebooted and it's okay now, so I guess we'll never know. Thanks anyway.
