Specify Icon (update/change) In Pane/properties

I suggest taking a look at standard folder icon management (usually through right-click context/properties/customize/change icon).
I reflect Vista - your mileage may vary
Files are automatically iconized based on their extension - so you change the associated icon. That's not what this is about.
Folders can be individually iconized - making it an obligatory stylistic enterprise and helpful visual clue as to WTF is in there, am i right?
Usually if I want to copy the custom icon name of a folder I make a quick shortcut (alt-drag-drop) and get the icon name from the shortcut's properties. This is because for a real folder Windows hides the icon name and defaults to showing a dll with a bunch of stupid windows icons - regardless.
So it would be helpful to SEE and COPY the icon of a folder consistently as part of the properties tab
And of course it would be helpful to change it from there.
And it would be really cool to be able to do search/replace for a specific icon. I wouldn't worry about this for XY as I think it would be better implemented in VTE (voidtools Everything). But - for the record.
Crazy, man.
