not works for me and also Ctrl+Shift+Left/Right are not valid keyboard shortcut "This shortcut is not customizable"

Confirmed, but not sure what the real solution is...

Those shortcuts could be the defaults for these commands:
#1044 Miscellaneous | Tab Functions | Move Tab Left
#1045 Miscellaneous | Tab Functions | Move Tab Right

But I think Ctrl+Shift+Left/Right should be reserved for extending a new selection to the left or right in non-Details list modes.

I suppose the answer is just remove that text from the documentation.
