Yes, I received the same error message on Windows 7 x64 [English - US] when I first loaded the update, though XY continued to work after closing the error message box. When I closed XY and restarted, I received it again, but again it seems to be working.

By the way, thanks for the fix on removable drives that were removed still appearing on Windows 8. We had talked about that awhile ago and at the time I was thinking it was my Windows 7 machine, but it only occurred on Windows 8...I haven't tried the update on it yet.

Blah. Looks like my Bookmarks are all gone too. All except the first one...
My Session Manager list (Flux's old script) is still there though!

To get back on topic, I enabled Windows theme on XP SP3 and still get the same error.

Funny: IB@160 is exactly the bug that comes on WINE!
It means: Everybody has to move to Win 8.1 ASAP!
