Actually, it starts with 30 days evaluation -- then it counts down 10 days while you wait for the "Continue Evaluation" and "Buy Now Online" buttons to appear. D'oh. I'm guessing this means it starts 10 days already evaluated?
On that note, it would probably be best to always have "Buy Online Now" showing -- give them somethign other than Quit to click while they wait for the nag timer to expire!

Having never had an unregistered version, I assume you mean "Help | XYplorer on the Web | Purchase". Should that not be removed from the menu for a registered user?admin wrote:... I rather go for the little surprise of were the button is...

No, we are talking about some buttons on the nag screen you have never seen. The Purchase button can stay: maybe you need a Xmas present for somebody...

Just figured the help still states trial period of 21 days:

XYplorer is not freeware. You may evaluate XYplorer for free for a maximum period of 21 days. If you wish to continue using it after 21 days, you have to register and purchase a license.Posted: 17 Nov 2006 12:52
