Script removed File Menu Bar

A script has removed my File menu bar, how do I get it back, including breadcrumbs as well. Breadcrumbs for the window pane are enabled in the settings.

No File > Edit > Etc

Another way would be Shift+F9 > Category = Misc > Show/Hide Menubar
