6 Key Navigation ?

How do you use the 6 Key Navigation ? The release docs say you need to hold CTRL+LEFT,RIGHT,UP,DOWN. When I hold CTRL and use the LEFT,RIGHT,UP,DOWN keys, all that happens is I scroll though the tree !

This is the Addtess Bar feature. Start to use it when your active component is Address Bar. Works at my place.

I hold CTRL and click the up, down, right etc arrow keys with the address bar. All that is happening is my cursor is moving within the address bar ?
