Good Day
Trying to start xyplorer 13.40.0000 this morning and I get the following message.
I have tried reinstalling but to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ok, I just decided to completely uninstall and reinstall the program after I looked at the .ini file.

Now it is working.

Not sure how but somehow the file was quite corrupted (first two pages looked normal but there were another seventeen pages of random ascii characters)

BTW, I can't attach an .ini file or .pdf, or word and have no way of emailing you so he above was the best I could do (my apologies)

Looks funny. but also mysterious. I think throwing an error on that is the best XY could do.

Weird. My PC got hosed this morning - no idea why. Browsers, Outlook, etc. all broken. Went thru CHKDISK and everything seemed to work... except XYplorer was giving the error described above.

But this post was helpful because the XYplorer.ini file was totally corrupted but luckily I had a recent backup on another drive and that fixed it. I am glad I don't have to reconfigure everything....................
