[Fixed] Double selection box - Expected?

The new styled inactive selection box is awesome. However I think that in Thumbnails and Tiles views there's something not entirely expected going on: two selection boxes are drawn, the additional one being the one around the name. I wonder if this is done on purpose.

Argh, sorry to bug you again
Same scenario of the screenshot, but with
Configuration | Thumbnails | Show caption disabled.
Upon selection everything's fine.
Upon deselection (by clicking on the white space) the selection box vanishes completely - only the Thumbnails views are affected.
