Hi,
There are no directory properties in the properties panel when u select a directory from the tree. Only when you select a directory from the tab.

1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.
When attaching an Image, please use the Attachment tab at the bottom of your post and click "Add files".

Fellow user asks for a better clarification of this issue, in hopes of helping process along:
1) When you say "properties panel", do you mean the leftmost tab of the Info Panel under the list area?
2) If so, then it only will be available for any folders/directories that are listed above it, and not just on the tree.
3) For a folder, the only way I know of to see its properties via this panel is to have the next higher level folder as the tab's folder. You otherwise need to use std right-click/context menu from the tree entry to see them.

Yes, this is normal behavior.
