I would like to have the left-pane tree sort other than by ascending alphanumeric. Under certain tree branches in my working areas, I like to have higher-priority folders close to the top without changing the actual folder names, prefacing with numbers etc. There are some very small high ASCII characters that could work as a prefix so is it possible to configure XY to observer a true ASCII sort in the tree? Other suggestions?

You mean some exotic UNICODE characters that are barely visible? Hm, I wonder if that is a good idea. But apart from that, I cannot change anything in the tree sorting, sorry.
