for tagging purpose of my music collection in 2 different formats (flac and mp3) I would like a scripts that would do the following
two open panes with folders &/or files
I would like to select (manually or by search) a bunch of folders &/or files in pane 1
and by script, have the same name folders &/or files being selected in the other
only name not ext. as some are flacs and other may be mp3 or else.

this folder "tabula rasa - fratres - symphony no. 3"
is not found in second pane although it is there, same exact name.

Reason: a dot in the name of the folder => extensions ignored...

ok this I can handle manually
