Adding to file name depending on folder

I'm in need of a script, when I move files into a folder, an extension would be added to the file, depending on the folder, a specific extension would be added before the file name. For example the folder name is hammer, the file gets moved into the folder hammer the name that gets added before the file name is not hammer, instead it's [flying] the new file name is [flying]acme.<ext>.
