How about a paste command when you right-click inside a directory?

Oops, I forgot the "Would be nice, but should be a low priority" option... you'll have to pick "never" instead.

You can paste with the traditional key combinations: first you Ctrl-C/Ctrl-X, then you can Ctrl-V. In TV3 these operations use their own memory: they do NOT interact with mouse copy/cut/paste!
