It is the second string of each record in action log, such as:

Probably, but the few people who know what it is and like to use it don't need a hint. And it's no big deal to check it out in the help.

Changed my mind. Next version has a tip: Useful when you want to quickly enclose some selected text in quotes or parentheses.

I am glad that you decided to make a hint. Because I really did not want to insert my words into your text. There's no need for that now.
