Success at last!!!!!!!

The "AFD" is now gone, as result was "Keep"!

You're more than welcome! I think that providing some background and rebuttal in a very calm, organized, fact-based, legalistic style as I tried to do may have helped, as having seen on other articles the rant method just back-fire totally and lead to an even quicker deletion.

BTW, I just realized that vers/date on WP was old (7.00/Mar 31) so I updated it to 7.20/June 9...

It's another minor thing that needs to be tweaked on official releases!
I'll try to remember to do it when I update links in blog for download at same time.

FYI: Updated wikipedia again for new 7.30 vers...also removed link to free vers but left info about it as it's still floating around the Net.

Addendum: Now also added "External Link" to that PC PRO article from http://www.xyplorer.com/xyfc/viewtopic.php?t=2604.

However, I still believe that officially dropping the free vers, as old as it was, could prove to be a potential cause for problems with wikipedia, since some of our "notability" was based on press mentions of that version...yes, it was ancient, but it was at least something, and getting it from vendor gave it authentic status compared to other places.

I'll be updated blog shortly with new 7.30 links also.
Update: Links in left sidebar of blog now current!

So do we have any other registered wikipedia users here who might update article for new vers nbr (7.40) and release date (July 28th )?

I'll do it otherwise but having another user ID there would be good.
