When I do clicks on the Mode label in the Info Panel, I get cycle supporting captions on the place of drop-down list with the same mode name as in drop-down list.
These captions are incorrectly decoded as 1252 code page instead of 1251.

Confirmed. Fix comes.

I have found
[messages].Dual Pane (DisabledFeatures=8 in adm.ini)
[messages].File Tagging (DisabledFeatures=16 in adm.ini)
both are enumeration Disabled Features in menu Access Control button (in Status Bar)

I don't see it in Help file.
DisabledFeatures=8 is Dual Pane (but in help Disabled Features=8 is eMdlPFA)
DisabledFeatures=16 in help is not File Tagging too

As you can see, it is quite difficult to find translation strings.
