When download language file in ITT, the message doesn't show translation.

Yes, it was modified after making 8.406. It will be translated in 8.407.

If you do not select any files and click the “Share Files” button, the message “no files selected” will appear in the status bar; this message has not been translated.

Oh yes, good catch. They will be translated in the next MLS version.

MLS 8.199 (When executing the command: text get(“previewhandler”);)
The ability to translate a line has been removed:
No preview handler found for <$extension> files.
In MLS 8.406, this line can be translated.

After executing commands #614; or #625;, the following buttons in the window remain untranslated (MLS 8.406):

Also, there is no translation field in MLS 8.199: Limit Path Column Autosize.
The menu item appears when you hold down Ctrl and right-click on the PATH column.

I can't find the phrase “Check out the highlights of recent and upcoming releases (online)” in the program interface.

That feature was added 4 months after MLS 8.199. We're stuck in the future.
