In the next version you can retrieve the decimal separator:
14 is the value of LOCALE_SDECIMAL as used by
GetLocaleInfoEx API.
get("locale", ...) supports all values that are supported by GetLocaleInfoEx.
(I won't have time to document it in change log now...)

I've translate (ie, MADE TRANSLATE-ABLE, in fact - so any one can bring this into local terms, now) the Yahoo! Weather code after spending almost 2 hours trying to find a localized version of their querying link.
English link:

In my locale, the output I got is pretty similar to the one generated by this.
-> is there such a 'localized link', ie, a query link which redirects to a non-english page, to deal with? Or any other, which provides similar amount of info, RSS or not?
->If you've got a working link *other than english* (doesn't matter what language), would you please post it here so I try to guess a link format on my own?
