How to enable CEA_ListRightClickOnWhite=6 ?

The YXplorer.ini file that is located in the C:\Custom Program Settings\XYplorer show the following, which is, I assume, correct ?

CEA_TreeRightClickOnWhite=0

The XYplorer.ini file that was located in C:\Program files (x86)\XYplorer doesn't exist anymore.
Edit: I may have got that rearranged, will re-check ^^^^
