I found it , it is on file report.
In the interface it is not wrapped

It seems like When I save the lng file in Interface Translation Tool,
The lng file's code has been trans into my system local code(gb2312), not utf16-le.
Then I restart XY, XY can't load the lng file, roll back to the English interface.
I have to save the lng file in the right code again.
