Then one more remark:
By preview html files in Info-pane|Preview i have no problem, but there it is inconvenient to actually view and scroll the file. But I use XY for viewing because it uses the old protocol to view the html, in which the structure of the html file is visible. (usually it is a file of bookmarks)
However,
1. if I will browsing Html-file in the window of floating preview, then scrolling with the mouse wheel causes opening the next file when i reach the end of the current file.
2. If I will scroll the contents of the file with the mouse, and accidentally move mouse over the window title, then another file is instantly viewed.
3. If I click on the link inside the file, I can not view it. Exactly a second later the file will return to the previous view and from now on the content scrolling itself is impossible.
4. If I will try to escape from this behavior and do a scroll by holding Ctrl key, then XY crashes.

in v 19.10.0008 scroll to next file by Ctrl+Wheel works
But normal (content) scrolling works only if you don't switch on next file.
By switching I cannot scroll content in the next 10 seconds.
Scrolling the content does not work, everything goes back to the top of the document. In the course of 10 seconds with a period of 1 second I hear an refresh sound. After 10 seconds, this action ends on my computer and I can scroll the document again in floating view.
The Go to through the link inside the document is also impossible.

I also use viewing html files in XY to see how they will look in the CHM help for XYplorer.
CHM uses the same old html format as old IE, which is still not updated on my computer.

Yes you are right. If switch to the next file and make a click inside it, the "clicks" disappears.
The "clicks" that I hear and that I see in the form of twitching window of floating preview are
not sounds from the speaker, it sounds from the disc head that is abruptly thrown into a new position!
If you don't have a hard drive, e.g. SSD, you may not hear it.!
"click into the preview to focus it" - is not a simple click:
If I click on the link inside the file, I actually do not even have a way to make such a click.
Click should be done instantly after which I must hold it 0.5..1 second, to allow the window to respond to it.
This is difficult to do.
Usually after clicking on the link I immediately go back and my special instant and long click fails.
Then I make a right click. It corrects the situation. I can view and scroll.
But after such a right click I get an error message:

I must admit that I made a mistake with the sound of the so-called clicks. This sound comes from the speakers. It is very quiet and completely similar to the sound from the movement of the disc's head, which is always heard by run of windows.
I checked the behavior of this version on another computer. Same thing.
The error message (after click on on link in file and then right click to stop refreshing) appears in 50% of cases. The Left-Click needs to be fast and last a long time.

Default KS Shift+Enter not works for showing metadata. I have made extra KS Alt+Shift+Enter - this works.
checked on XYplorer.exe /fresh

in the tittle of the main window I can only see [FRESH], translation is never visible.

Shift+Enter works here.
[messages].FRESH - it's updated once you change the location. I will make it adjust immediately on changing the language.

(that was added for comfort) now don't exist, but I see it in lng-file and help.

What do you mean? They all exist on the Info Panel / Find Files / Tags tab.
